Photographed with care
Our photographers have many years behind the camera, and every student is given the time and patience they need in front of it. A child who feels at ease photographs well — and that is what turns a school photo into a keepsake.
Class and group photographs are given the same consideration. We choose the location on the day for its light and its background, rather than lining a class up wherever there happens to be room, so every group is shown at its best.
And when the weather is not our friend, we carry full class-sized indoor backdrops — so a wet photo day still produces a proper group photograph, rather than whatever the hall happens to look like.

We work to your timetable and class lists so the day runs around the school, not the other way around.
Order forms go home
Families receive an order form with their child's unique web code — they can order on the day, or online anytime before proofing is confirmed.
We photograph everyone
Individuals, class groups, siblings and staff — captured on the day with a full studio setup on site.
The school proofs it online
Before a single print is made, your staff check every photo in our own proofing system — names, classes and faces matched up, approved in a browser. Most schools are finished within days of photo day.
Images for your admin system
We supply student images ready to load into your administration system, so every record carries a current, properly lit photograph for identification and school files.
Prints and downloads
Prints are delivered back to the school, and digital orders are emailed the moment they're ready. Your staff photographs, admin book and a wall poster come with them — complimentary, for the school's own records and keepsakes.
Your school checks every photo
Every portrait is matched to a name and sent back to the people who actually know the students. Teachers confirm their own class, one face at a time, and the office sees exactly how far each class has got. Corrections are made before printing — not discovered afterwards by a parent. It is the most user-friendly proofing system we have seen in school photography, and it means proofing is finished within days of photo day rather than weeks.
